Our Basic Training package is designed for individuals who may not have the time or expertise to create an effective workout program and seek in-person guidance and accountability. Each session is delivered with your goals and preferences in mind, ensuring progress with every workout.

This package includes a movement assessment, fully personalized programming via our coaching app, and weekly in-person training sessions. This training package is available for purchase a la carte or choose from 4, 6, or 10-session packs to suit your needs.
