Our Shift At Home Client Plan includes direct coaching from Sam via our coaching app and around-the-clock communication availability to get your questions and concerns addressed promptly. Alongside this 24/7 communication is weekly check-ins and monthly realignment calls to look over your progress and devise a plan for the following weeks.
This Client Plan also includes movement assessments prior to the start of your programming, as well as throughout your time with Sam, to recognize muscle imbalances, problematic compensatory patterns, and more. Your programming is then fully personalized and specially made for you to address your needs and goals.
The final layer of the Shift At Home Plan is our lifestyle, fitness, and nutrition goal setting and planning and monthly meal idea packs to complete our panoramic approach to your health goals. Our online option is great for the individual comfortable navigating the gym themselves but looking for some extra guidance and accountability to stay on track!
